Ottawa Corporation was incorporated in 1958 and ISO-9001:2000 certified in Oct. of 2002. We have a small versatile workforce of skilled employees qualified to handle our various precision machining and inspection requirements.
We process various types of materials (Brass; Aluminum; Steels; Plastics; and castings) for the Automotive, Medical, Material Handling, Office Equipment, and Marine industries.
Ottawa is capable of processing smaller batch and prototype runs with NC Lathes and Mills to larger runs through screw machines. We process material from 1/16” to 16” in diameter up to around 24” long. Our NC Mills our capable of a 20” x 40” window both horizontally and vertically. The machining tolerances that we state as capability is plus, minus .001, but we do hold a total of .001 on some jobs.
Of course we provide outsourcing of Heat Treating; Plating; and Grinding.
